Organized chaos

I tried to sketch the organized chaos in the city of Chicago during winter. It's snowing heavily and people outside was just walking in the streets as if it was summer. The traffic was slow but flowing. Chicagoan are so used to this weather that nothing can stop them from living their daily life, they have to. Municipal authorities spread salt on the roads as soon as it starts to snow more than 1 or 2 inches, they are very efficient.  On my way to home I had to take the highway and drive 40 miles, I'm lucky there were no accidents on the road. I saw 8, I mean 8 because I counted them, I saw 8 trucks cleaning the snow in only 3 lanes of the highway, they were one after another one in a diagonal formation. Way to go Chicago! People adapt and Chicagoan adapt in amazing ways.
